A series of three 2-hour poetry workshops in a small group with Annie over Google hangout.
This class grew out of the Women, Poetry, and Spirituality workshops, as an offering to those who want to practice channeling the messages from the deep self carried by poems.
We will focus into each poem, listening closely to its many levels, then choosing the tools needed to bring it to blossom.
Those who identify as women, of any level of experience with poetry, are welcome. If space becomes limited, women who have completed one of Annie’s in-person workshops will be given precedence.
Enheduenna* (2285 — 2250 BC) was a priestess of the Goddess Inanna in Ancient Sumer. She is the first poet we know who signed a name to their poems.
